I am new to cupping entirely, and definitely skeptical. I received this item very quickly, instructions made it very easy to use. And what a huge difference this has made as a recovery tool!! Definately start at level 2 and work your way up in 30 second increments over time. Works great for my shoulder, traps, and chest recovery. This has also been a relief for my knee pain due Chondromalacia patella.

Honestly obsessed. My upper back: shoulders, traps, upper chest, are always ALWAYS tense, and I’ve been practicing every form of mindfulness, meditation, yoga etc for years, which absolutely helps. However, being active and athletic leads to some tensions that are very hard to relax over time. But omg this thing, pulling out the knots in ways I never could, it’s like sucking the tension right out of those spots. I was worried this would be another gimmicky device but not at all. The pain relief and ease of use make it worth every penny. So glad I made this purchase!
